Run by Maurice & Arlette Reblochon, the Bistrot is one of the most popular places of Sandy Valley. Teens enjoy coming there for a snack or even doing their homework.

School

The school has two classes: one for teens, one for kids.

Ameline Evard teaches for kids, while Iris Lanoix is the teens' professor.
