There's a lounge bar on the ground floor, where the spectators can have a drink before the concert, or during the interval. Anastasia Lagerfeld is the barmaid of the place. At the last floor, there's the restaurant "The Virtuosos", with a beautiful vista on the city. It's the 5-stars restaurant of Sandy Valley, where Alain Poiscasset is the chef. Recording Studio "The Sharks" | Studio d'enregistrements "Les Requins"

In the basement of the Opera, there's a professional recording studio where have been recorded the discs of the Sandy Valley rock band, Les Pierres qui Roulent. Au sous-sol de l'Opéra se trouve un studio d'enregistrement professionnel, où ont été enregistrés les disques des "Pierres qui roulent". The Pierres qui Roulent recording their first album (at the time while Steven Graves was still living in Sandy Valley), and Carla Lebrun recording her hit "Don't forget I had told you to not forget me". Les Pierres qui Roulent, enregistrant leur premier disque (à l'époque où Steven Graves vivait encore à Sandy Valley). Carla Lebrun enregistrant son tube à la guitare sèche "N'oublie pas que je t'avais dit de ne pas m'oublier".

Jewelry | Bijouterie (Under Construction | En construction)

Someday, hopefully, there'll be here a real jewelry store. The place is under construction, the rich citizens of Sandy Valley and the robbers do wait for the opening with impatience, but it won't happen before EA gives us real shops. None of the WA shops would work well for a jewelry store. But at least, the place is already reserved, and I'll be ready! ;) Un jour, il y aura peut-être ici une véritable bijouterie! L'endroit est toujours en construction, et les Sims fortunés de Sandy Valley, ainsi que les cambrioleurs, attendent l'ouverture de la boutique avec impatience, mais il faudrait qu'EA nous permette d'avoir de vrais boutiques... Aucune de celles founies avec Destination Aventures ne convient pour une bijouterie, mais en tout cas, l'emplacement est déjà réservé!

During the week-end: Exclusive cocktail lounge During the week: Visitors non allowed I only label this lot as Exclusive Cocktail lounge during week-ends because I'm annoyed to see my Sims with their formal clothes in every streets, at any time, during the week! Moreover, the recording studio and the scene or the opera aren't supposed to be used by everybody.

De plus, le studio ou la scène ne sont pas censés être accessibles au premier Sim venu!
